Celestar Jazz Dance Syllabus

Celestar Jazz Dance Syllabus was found by Celeste Theunissen. The syllabus consists of Beginner Levels and Performer Levels. Celestar jazz dance syllabus is structured and progressive, very suitable for those students who want to be trained in a systematic fashion and who want to make dance (Theatrical Jazz dance, Commercial dance) their career.

In the syllabus, students will learn the elements of the Jazz Dance Techniques and styles as well. After every styles, students are required to be assessed at the Assessment Day.

At Introductory Level, students will learn 7 different styles. The styles are as follows in order: Hip- hop, Groove, Rock n Roll, Latino, Funk, Broadway & Ethnic Funk.

At Performers Levels, students will have to go through at least 4 Levels which are Level 1, 2, 3 &4. And an optional (most encouraged) Level 5, which will be taken at Boulder Jazz Dance Workshop in University Of Colorado, Denver, United States for 2 weeks including Level 5 Examination.

Rest assure that C.S.o.P.A Jazz dance Syllabus is recognised and affiliates with University Of Colorado. And there are Celestar Jazz teachers around the globe including, Switzerland, Indonesia, Singapore and the whole of Malaysia. Students who hold C.S.o.P.A certificates till Level 5, will entitled to Dance Scholarship to further study at University Of Colorado, Denver, as well as joining Dance Company.

Hi!Im intrested in joinging Salsa dance which will keep me fit and healthy, but my prob is my body is not flexible and this is first time i will b joinging dance class.i would like to know if u ve ur branch in old klang road as i live in OUG.And i will even like to know the fee and duration of the classes
