Children Holiday Dance Camp

Bring your children to this eventful dance camp at Dance Vogue Studio.

From this workshop, children get to learn how to dance and to keep their lil’ body fit and healthy with MTV dance, Creative Dance, Fun Acrobat Pole, Flexi Yoga, Simple Gym and Muscles Right.

Mineral / R.O water will be provided, as well as light snack foods during tea break.

Free CD music used in the workshop will be given to those who signed up for the full camp.

Attire is fitting top and shorts. Bring a small towel as well.

A Colourful World, our destiny- 2nd Anniversary & Appreciation Night

‘A Colourful World, Our Destiny’ is an appreciation dinner organised and performed by the students and instructors of Dance Vogue Studio in conjunction with the studio’s second anniversary celebration. Net proceeds of this event will be donated to a charity organisation of our choice.

Generous sponsors and participants will be invited to attend the event to be held at the Level 1 Ballroom, Heritage Hotel, Ipoh, on 12th September 2009. Over dinner, you will get to feast your eyes with entertaining dance performances such as jazz dance, hip-hop, belly dance, fitness pole dance, etc.

A reminder of the early bird registration of the “Expand your Belly Dance World by Samra Iara from USA” is due on the 6th July 2009.

For those who are ordering the veils, please choose your veils at www.fairycove.com, and include the code number and colour of your selected veils in the registration form . We are using the 2 half circles veils for this workshop and you’ll get a special offer price instead of the price seen on the website through us.  You can always make or buy your own veils instead of ordering from online.

May updates

Many things are happening for the people in Dance Vogue Studio till the end of year 2009. Here are some updates:

1)For the very first time, Ipoh will be visited by an international performer cum dance instructor, Samra Iara from US, to conduct Belly Dance Workshop as well as performing in Ipoh. Don’t miss the chance to experience of learning from Samra Iara (catch early bird price with free DVD) as well as watch her perform too. 2)Our pole dance ladies had participated in Viva Vertical Pole Stars competition, pls vote for them by giving your comments with their names at the bottom of the page @ http://vvpolestars.wordpress.com/exoticpole-contestants/ And all are invited to join these ladies at theViva Vertical Pole Stars competition on the 6th June 2009 in KL. 3)Street style hip-hop, Gothic Fusion BellyDance and/ or Creative Dance is all new classes and available upon requests only. New fitPole Class on March 2009

Come and join our new fitPole class on every Tuesday 8.30p.m to 9.30p.m starting March 2009. The best time after dinner and before bedtime for detoxing your work stress and fatness from your body.

Prepare yourselves to a new challenging exercise as well be prepared to feel more confident with toned muscle and flatter tummy, and kiss goodbye to “bye-bye” arm flesh.

Celestar Jazz Dance Assessment 6th Dec 08 (Saturday)

Venue: Dance Vogue Studio

Time: 2:30p.m

Guess arriving time: 2p.m

All candidates must wear appropriate attires for their assess styles and clean shoes/ jazz shoes. Candidates are advised to reach at 1p.m.

This event is opened to the public for viewing, so all are welcome to watch the students having their assessments and to meet the Founder and Assessor/Examiner of Celestar Jazz Dance Syallabus, Celeste Theunissen(courtesy of www.celestarstudio.com).

All audience are advised to reach our studio at 2p.m.

*Pls note that, cameras and video camera recorders are not allowed to take pictures and any recording while the assessments in progress. There will be a Special Announcement when pictures and recordings can be taken. And put all mobile phones in silent mode and do not interrupt while the Assessment is still in progress.
